Grant from LA84

SSS Good Samaritan Association is proud to announced that we received a $5,000 grant from LA84 Foundation in October 2009.  This grant will help us promote health and fitness among our young people through basketball and volleyball activities.

 

About LA84 Foundation:  The LA84 Foundation was established to manage Southern California's share of the surplus from the highly successful 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.  The Foundation received $93 million at it's inception and, since then, has invested $175 million in Sports programs serving more than two million youth in Sothern California.
