Grief Support for the Newly Widowed

Living with the loss of a spouse or partner can be difficult. Many people who experience this type of loss find comfort in connecting with others who are on a similar grief journey. Our grief support group for the newly widowed provides a safe space for those who have experienced the loss of their spouse/partner in the past two years to discuss the unique challenges common to this type of loss.

Participants are welcome to attend as needed, and the group is offered free of charge through SSM Health at Home’s bereavement program.
