• Comfort techniques
• Understanding medical procedures
• Cesarean birth
• Intervention alternatives and non-medicated births
• Postpartum care including breastfeeding basics
• What to expect with immediate newborn care

Choose from one of our every other month “Weekend Express” classes, from 9 AM - 2:30 PM on Saturday. The class is held in the Orchid/Violet Rooms on the Garden Level at SSM Health Dean Medical Group - Janesville East.
