SSM Health leaders plant trees to brighten local community park

This commitment is rooted in our heritage, as our founding sisters focus on compassionate care of Creation by actively promoting renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, forest conservation and other initiatives to reverse global warming.
SSM Health is proud to be a part of an initiative with Forest ReLeaf of Missouri to improve the environment and enhance community well-being by planting trees in St. Louis.
On Thursday, Dec. 7, leaders and team members planted 30 trees in Jet Banks Park. The team planted a variety of different trees, and most will grow to be over 60 feet tall.
